How long does it take to make pieces?
Once an order is placed, I will reach out to you within five days. For ready to ship items, items should arrive within four weeks for any adjustments needed. For custom pieces, items can take anywhere from one week to two months to produce depending on the item.

Can sizing be adjusted on pieces?
Yes! I offer free adjustments on all pieces. Shoot me a message with the item you would like resized, updated measurements, and ship back to my address.

Can I wear pieces while swimming or showering?
Yes! All items are stainless steel and can be worn while swimming or showering.

How do I get measurements?
I will reach out with details on how to get measurements if needed after order is placed. Measurements are dependant by piece, so for example: Watch bands will need a more snug fit, wheras bracelets will need a little allowance for comfort.
